THE ESSENCE OF PROFESSIONAL CRIME

Abstract
The article describes the concept of "professional crime", "thief in law", "relapse", features of professional criminality. The concept of "mafia" is analyzed. It is noted that the mafia education is created and operates on the principle of family, from close people, where the purposes enrichment, acquisition of property, real estate and obtain ingot her privileges and advantages over competitors. It is concluded that today's crimes not only a nun law full behavior of certain members of organized groups, organizations, mafia and oligarchic entities, but also the most dangerous professional criminal activity.
