The estimate of the future officers readiness for physical training management

Abstract
In order to obtain an objective efficiency estimate of the process of military specialists training for solving service questions of leadership, organization and conduct of physical training, exponents of the integral estimate are determined: cognitive (theoretical), activity (methodical), personal (organizational and administrative) and practical (physical). According to the research results the structural model of the integral estimate of future officers readiness for physical training management in the armed forces units is established.
