THE EUROPEAN INTEGRATION VECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINIAN LEGISLATION ON TECHNICAL REGULATION: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract
Modern state and prospects of development of Ukrainian legislation on technical regulation are investigated. It was determined that in the process of integration of Ukraine into the European Union (EU), an important direction is the development of technical regulation system. National legislation in this sphere should be based on the Agreement on technical barriers to trade, Agreement on sanitary and phytosanitary measures, "New approach” and “Global approach" for standardization and certification, adopted by the EU. Modern state of Ukrainian legislation on technical regulation are analyzed, specific examples of inconsistency between the rules of parallelism in the solution of comparable issues in the legal acts and gaps in legal regulation of respective relations is given. Specific proposals to improve national legislation in the direction of adaptation to the European and the formation of the Institute of legislation on technical regulation are based on the results of the study.
