The experience of foreign countries in area of administrative services: organizational aspect

Abstract
The current state of administrative services in Ukraine was analyzed and current problems in this area were identified in article. The quality of administrative services was analyzed and prospects of foreign experience in providing administrative services were discussed. The implementation of competitive strategies were recommended in area of administrative services at local level.
