The current state and problems of the two-level structure in the system of higher education in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the current state of the higher education system in Ukraine. It raises the problems of finding employment for modern graduates, the information revolution and the processes of globalization. In addition, the essence of the two-level structure of higher education is disclosed, the direction and problems of training the staff and competencies of students in the context of the transformations associated with the Bologna process are widely defined.
