THE EXPERIENCE OF USING MODIFIED BITUMEN AND ASPHALTIC MACADAM IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

Abstract
The experience of using modified bitumen and asphaltic macadam in the Republic of Belarus is stated. It was offered to use complex polymeric additives containing thermoplastics and elastoplastics for bitumen modification. The methodology of assessing the robustness and durability of modified macadam is given, expediency of effectiveness of selecting particular modificators and on its basis is evaluated.
