The explanation and satisfaction of the policyholders in the employer's civil liability insurance regarding the employees(Case Study: Iran Insurance Joint-stock Company - Complex of insurance affairs of Fars province)

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explain and satisfy the policyholders in employer's civil liability insurance regarding employees. This is correlation research with a descriptive method. The statistical population includes 1580 people of Iranian insurance customers in Fars province. Therefore, a sample of 310 people was determined according to Morgan's table, and the questionnaires were distributed on the basis of a convenience non-random sampling method among the samples. In this research, the independent variable and the dependent variable are the insurance services and the policyholder's satisfaction, respectively. In this regard, a researcher-made questionnaire (2017) has been used. Content validity of the questionnaires was obtained and reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. For analysis of data, factor analysis and structural equation modeling have been used in SPSS software. The results of the research showed that the provided insurance services have a significant effect on the policyholders' satisfaction in the employer's civil liability insurance policy regarding the employees of the Iran Insurance Company. Advertising, suitable location, quality and skills of employees, issuance of insurance policy, service prices, support, quality of payment and perception have a significant effect on the policyholders' satisfaction in the employer's civil liability insurance policy regarding the employees of the Iran Insurance Company.
