Comparing The Effectiveness of Two Approaches Life Skills Training and Imago Therapy On improving Bushehr Young Couples communication ' Patterns

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy Imago Therapy techniques and life skills training program for young couples in relationship patterns of Bushehr. In this study, quasi-experimental pretest - posttest control group. The population study of young couples who have set up counseling centers in Bushehr. The sample consisted of 90 subjects (45 pairs) and the Voluntary Approach randomly selected and divided into two experimental groups and one control group were replaced. After the pre-test, each test group for 10 sessions (one session per week) exposure to life skills education and training techniques were Imago Therapy. The research instruments, questionnaires, communication patterns, and Christensen have Salavi. Data analysis and statistical methods of analysis of covariance and regression analyzes were used. Results showed that both techniques and life skills training program Imago Therapy, was effective in improving young couples' communication patterns, and compared between the two methods, practices, life skills training, is more effective in improving couple communication patterns.
