The fact finding of the falsification (forgering) of evidences and it’s consequences

Abstract
The article deals with a problem of the fact finding of the falsification (forgering) of evidences and using of this fact as a newly discovered one in order to renew re−trial of the case. The author analizes current legislation as well as finds legislative lacunas and provides measures to resolve these problems.
