The factors of job satisfaction and motivation of professional activity

Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the psychological approach to the study of the factors of job satisfaction. The main concepts and models of the motivating factors of professional activity and the influence individual’s personal characteristics on the integration of labor are revealed.
