THE FEATURES OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC-PEDAGOGICAL EMPLOYEES OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article was analyzed the legal framework for the professional development of scientific-pedagogical employees in Ukraine. Comparison of normative requirements for postgraduate education (advanced training, internship) and attestation of employees, engaged in pedagogical activity: pedagogical employees of educational institutions and scientific-pedagogical employees of higher educational institutions was carry out. The general and distinctive features of this process are elucidated. The features of postgraduate education (advanced training, internship) and attestation of scientific-pedagogical employees of higher educational institutions of Ukraine are revealed. Prospects for further scientific research in this direction have been determined.
