The Finding of AoDs for the Case Moving Physical Transmission Paths in the Urban Area.

Abstract

Currently, use of a virtual MIMO diagonal channel model (fixed spatial bins) that represents realistic environment is researched. The author has applied the invariant transmit dimensions, or on the other way, on the physical paths directing to the slow or fixed scatterers in centres of these bins. However, when some scatterers move, how to form the designed beam corresponding the moving direction of the scatterers. On the other hand, we need to find the exact Angle of Departure (AoD). The solution is using the two sub- optimum training beams in the transmit codebook with the criteria of the Cram´er Rao lower bound to find the productive AoD. The result is the proposed beams have the more corrected Angles of Arrival than other conventional beamforming cases.
