The forecasting as an element to improve of quality management to development of the agrarian sector

Abstract
In the article examined issues to improve management development of agrarian sector of the economy. It is established, that receiving generalizing, comprehensive evaluation condition agro sphere at the regional level is provided by indicator of the rankings, which allows spend multifactor evaluation and receive comparative characteristics of districts by level development of agro enterprises. The integral rankings evaluation of level of development of agro enterprises Cherkasy region is conducted. The algorithm for managing the development of the agrarian sector on Cherkasy region taking into account the elements of forecasting, which is based on economic monitoring and contains complete system of tools, affecting the determination of trends and prospects for the development of the agrarian sector is developed.
