Analyzing of the factors influencing on commercialization of high-tech products of industrial enterprises

Abstract

Commercialization is one of the riskiest stages of innovation process, since it relates to organizing the production and promoting the produce on market. Organization of manufacturing the high-tech products is supported by the scientific and technical, design, technological preparation of production, establishment of logistics and transportation support of operation process etc. In turn, the promotion of high-tech goods on market is provided by conducting marketing researches, implementing advertising campaigns, forming the distribution network, establishing the service and after-sales offices of producer enterprise etc. To obtain a positive effect of high-tech products commercialization, producer enterprises should permanently realize a monitoring of diversified factors influencing such processes. Information about their impact and character of change is necessary for timely formation and implementation of decisions in the mentioned sphere, which, on the one hand, enable neutralizing weaknesses of these processes and adapting to threats, and, on the other hand, to realize opportunities and use strengths. The article developed the typology and the content filling of factors influencing the commercialization of industrial enterprises high-tech products. The list of these factors on a substantive sign includes tax incentives, number of financing sources for the high-tech products commercialization process, the level of interest rates on bank loans and the conditions for granting them, the size of market sector, which the high-tech products manufacturing is oriented on, the selected strategy of advertising it, the high-tech products belonging to the group of commodities with elastic or inelastic demand, the level of its knowledge-intensity and environmental friendliness, the existence of legal restrictions on manufacturing the high-tech products, the duration of its production cycle, as well as protecting these products by intellectual property rights. Our proposals create an extensive information base for employees from managed subsystem of business entities regarding the evaluation of these factors influence level, as well as their favorableness regarding the provision both the processes of high-tech products commercialization and innovation activities in general. The classification of these factors is proposed to be conducted by content, by character, by the sources of occurrence, by the controllability, by the frequency of occurrence, by the way of influence, by the links among themselves and by the level of impact on commercialization.
