Dynamics of raider attackes on Ukraine’s enterprises

Abstract
In the article, highlighted the description of raider attacks in the enterprise. Improved the essence, types and stages of conducting of raider capture of the enterprise. The approaches to the concept of "raider" are analyzed and their own definition is given. The statistics on raider attacks in Ukraine, as well as the reasons for the occurrence of this phenomenon are analyzed. The methods of counteraction to raidering are proposed. The dynamics of raider attacks on enterprises of Ukraine in oblasts is given. The top 10 enterprises during the years of Ukraine's independence on raider attacks have been introduced. The mechanism of counteraction to raidering at the enterprise is given. The experience of countering raider attacks in the countries of Europe and the USA is analyzed. Methods of counteraction to raidering are offered. It is established that in today's conditions there is no single approach to the definition of the concept of "raider". The problem of raider policy is complex and needs to be solved jointly and systematically with the participation of practitioners, scientists and entrepreneurs. Each company risks to face a phenomenon like a "raider". Therefore, it is necessary to prevent such an uproar, using effective preventive methods. The fight against raids must be at the level of individual economic entities, but at the state level. The proposals for reducing raider attacks on Ukrainian enterprises are given.
