Abstract
The article examines the main wage systems at the enterprise, determines the role of wages as a factor in the effective work of staff. Research in this field is always relevant and in demand, since the main task of the wage organization is to increase the stimulating function of the contribution of each, which is a complex theoretical and practical task.
