Methodical approach to selection of the retructurization scheme in the financial liability system management system

Abstract
The methodical toolkit for choosing restructuring schemes in the system of management of financial debt obligations is considered. Based on the hierarchy analysis method, a comparison of methods for restructuring financial debt obligations has been made. It is determined that the state's debt policy should be based on the implementation of «debt-bond» and «debt-share» schemes.
