Evaluation of efficiency of the law enforcement authority as a subsystem of the national system of prevention and counteraction to legalization of funds received by criminal way

Abstract
The article clarifies the need to evaluate the law enforcement authority of Ukraine as a subsystem of the national system of prevention and counteraction to legalization of funds received by criminal way. The structural and logic model of the evaluation of efficiency of the law enforcement authority as a system of mass service is developed. Practical testing of the stability of work of law enforcement authority of Ukraine as a subsystem of the national system of prevention and counteraction to legalization of funds received by criminal way is carried out. The level of efficiency of the law enforcement authorities of Ukraine has been predicted provided that they operate at the same level.
