THE FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF REPATRIATES’ HOUSING AND THE POSSIBILITY OF ITS APPLICATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the basic mechanisms and functions for arranging the provision of housing for repatriates (the experience of Israel and Poland has been studied). It is noted that all countries faced with the phenomenon of repatriation faced the problem of taking urgent measures to receive and resettle arrivals of their compatriots, which required changes in legislation, the creation of special state bodies - secretariats, ministries for repatriates, and so on. Certainly, such categories of persons as repatriates and internally displaced persons are different in their essence. But in any of these cases, states, whether they are receiving immigrants or solving the problems of internal settlers, face the main one - the housing problem. The experience of its solution, regardless of the category of persons whose housing problems are being resolved, is useful for Ukraine.
