THE FORMATING OF FUTURE TEACHER’S INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL

Abstract
The modern key concepts of educational practice are analyzed in the article. It reveals such concepts as “innovative potential”, “teacher’s innovative potential”, “pedagogical creativity”, “innovative thinking”, “innovative culture”, “teacher-innovator”, “teacher’s innovative activity”, “innovative educational environment”, “innovative learning”. The concept of the teacher’s innovative potential is explained in the conclusion. The teacher’s innovative potential is an integral characteristic of the qualities and abilities of personality, which provide an innovative character of professional activity. The author disclosed the structure and description of personality innovative potential. Innovative potential consists of personality qualities, creative capabilities, project, communicative and informative competences, valued-semantic organization of the vital world. The article investigates the features of teacher’s innovative potential of higher education and explains the pedagogical terms of future teacher’s innovative potential. Formation the innovative potential of future teacher depends from the complex, that consist of self-realization and high motivation of all partners of educational process. It consists of: creating of innovative environments; development the innovative components of the educational programs, organization the innovative forms of studies, which can improve the motivation-valued relation between future teachers and pedagogical industry innovations; formatting the readiness to create and introduce innovations in own professional activities and personal self-empowerment during life.
