THE FORMATION A STUDENT’S CREATIVE THROUGH THE MEANS OF A SPIRITVALLY ENRICHED EDUCATIONAL ENVIROMENT

Abstract
The intellectual potential of the state is primarily provided with effective activities in higher educational establishments. Accordingly, spiritual – enriched educational environment focused to provide maintenance and support talented young people, to make planning and forecasting their creative personal development in acquiring professional skills as factors of successful professional activity. This article is aimed to open of spiritual and cultural environment of the university, which will help create atmosphere of creative self-development of students, their selfdetermination and self-realization in the future profession and life.In our work, spiritual and enriched learning environment understood as a set of practical methods of forming competencies, methods and technologies that facilitate the development and formation of professional abilities of the personality and the educational environment, respectively, as a social tool, which brought up and realized spiritual and cultural values and goals of society. It is an active stimulus for cultural change and transformation in society. Studying the problems of spirituality, spiritual life of the personality is still urgent for the Ukrainian society, because the vast majority of today's youth shows the lack of initiative and demonstrates irresponsibility, which is evidence of gaps in this regard.
