THE FORMATION MODEL OF AN ENTERPRISE’S INVESTMENT PROGRAM THAT USES A DETERMINATION OF VALUE

Abstract
The questions of an improvement of an enterprise’s investment program are considered in the article. As a result, this newly developed model of an enterprise’s investment program is formulated. The model thus developed is based on the synthesis of key indicators of the concepts of Time Value of Money and Value-Based Management. The model thus developed allows the acceptance of investment decisions that have a high priority but cannot provide additional value creation in the first stages of implementation. It also defines the total amount of annual Economic Value Added from an investment activity of an enterprise, and a general level of an efficiency of an enterprise’s capital invested.
