THE FORMATION OF POTENTIAL SMALL ENTERPRISE, BASIS OF INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF AGRICULTURAL TERRITORIES

Abstract
The article considers the conditions for the formation of the potential of small business as the basis of the competitiveness of rural areas. The definitions of “potential”, “production potential” are given. The evolution of the interpretation of the term “potential” is considered and its grouping is carried out in 4 approaches. The stages of estimation of perspective opportunities of development of the internal potential of the enterprise are described. An evaluation procedure is also presented that combines a set of components and processes that can be described with the help of dynamic and statistical laws of development. It was noted that the main goal of forming the potential of a small enterprise in rural areas is to provide efficient ways of using the resources and reserves of the enterprise.
