THE FORMATION OF THE INNOVATIVE COMMERCIAL STRATEGY

Abstract

The article summarized stages of the innovative product strategies formation and analyzed the product portfolio of TM “Zhivchik”, which allowed to conclude that the trademark portfolio was balanced. The main results of the marketing study proposed the innovative product strategies formation of TM “Zhivchik” and developed marketing activities for its implementation.
