THE FORMING ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF USING LAND RESOURCES ON BASE TECHNOLOGIES BIOCONVERSION AT COMPARABLE WITH TRADITIONAL FERTILIZATION SYSTEMS: MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING OF PROJECT

Abstract
In the article variants of development and introduction of the project from producing vermiproducts on formation of ecological and economic efficiency of land resources use for the investigated household have been considered. The functioning and implementation of the project are provided of quality to management and marketing support at all stages its. The paper two variants calculations by project have been presented. It was found that the use of both variants are economically and ecologically expedient than when applying traditional organic fertilizers. The biohumus introduce under winter wheat, corn and sunflower allows to obtain an economic effect for the first variant in 988.2 thous. UAH, for the second variant – 3 553.3 thous. UAH and when applying manure only 439.6 thous. UAH have been established. It is proved that the transition to the implementation of the project based on bioconversion technologies has a high profitability (profitability index 1.85), and the payback period of the project is up to 3 years.
