The forms of interaction of financial and labour law

Abstract
The article is devoted to the investigation of problems of interaction of financial and labour law. The author pays most attention to the study of the ways in which the financial law affects labour re- lations. It is proved that the range of forms of such influence is quite broad and is conditioned both by objective factors (in particular, systemic nature) and by subjective factors (in particular, the level of legislation development, goals and tasks that the legislator solves by legal regulation and legal influence).
