Abstract
The article highlights issues of effective functioning of rural areas in terms of transformation and budgetary support in the context of Ukraine Association Agreement with the EU. Grounded applied problems and explored the creation of a network of laboratories for analytical quality control of agricultural products. With this information, you can quickly target enterprises, associations, farmers to achieve international standards. Proposed measures to transform budget revenues rural areas, create an ecological bank.
