The genesis of scientific thought on the formation of the concept of citizenship and its features

Abstract
he scientists` positions on the definition of citizenship through entities belonging to the state and nation states as the legal, political and legal relationship are investigated. The essential features of citizenship are identified. The author’s definition of citizenship is presented.
