Legal policy in modern Ukraine: essence, specifics of formation and implementation

Abstract
In this article taking into account the development of law, a concept of «legal policy», specifics of its formation and implementation are highlighted. Lawmaker’s process during 2014–2017 as an integral part implementation legal policy is analyzed; the main policy and legal factors which reacted to process of its realization are established.
