Abstract
The scientific article is dedicated to the study of the historical development of criminal liability for violation of safety rules. Considered criminal law regulations in force in the territory of present-day Ukraine with the XI century. Highlighted the historical development stages of legislative structures of criminal law reports on violation of safety rules in Ukraine.
