Abstract
In the article concept of the «legal status» was determined in general. The legal status of the members of the public formation of the public law enforcement was concretized. The concept of the legal status as the legal category and his connection with a social activity of man were reflected. The defferent looks of the scientist for the structure of the legal status were considered. The gist and content of the human rights were set. The legal status of the members of the public formation of the public law enforcement was generalized.
