The Good Corporate Governance dalam Eksistensi Lembaga Perkreditan Desa

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the applying of the principles of good corporate governance on the performance of Village Credit Institutions (Lembaga Perkreditan Desa) in Denpasar City. Performance in this study is measured by the balance scorecard. This study uses five principles of corporate governance which are transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and obligation. Samples are taken by 120 respondents from Village Credit Institutions (Lembaga Perkreditan Desa) in Denpasar City. Data were collected by questionnaires, interviews. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. Before performing multiple linear regression analysis, testing the research instrument and classical assumption for the accuracy of the results of the regression analysis. The results find that transparency and independence principle have positive effect to non-financial performance of Village Credit Institutions in Denpasar City. The otherwise responsibility, accountability and fairness does not have significant effect to non-financial performance.
