The grounds for creation of legal relations on non-state pensions

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of theoretical problems of determining the juridical nature of legal facts as the ground for creation of legal relationships on non-state pensions. Studied legal relations arise on the grounds of the set of legal facts. The structural elements of the set of legal facts that are required for creation of legal relations on non-state pensions are characterized in the article.
