Abstract
The article analyzes the legal framework and the peculiarities of the implementation of the law in relation to bringing the prosecutor to disciplinary responsibility. The author focuses on the grounds for bringing the prosecutor to disciplinary responsibility in the context of legislative changes in accordance with the European integration processes.
