The heritage of antiquity on the art of war of Crimean Tauric in the Middle ages

Abstract
In the article the problem of influence of antiquity is examined on the art of war of Crimean Tauric in the Middle ages. The comparative analysis of the soldiery settings of mother country and periphery of the Byzantine empire is conducted by using of archaeological material and materials of writing sources.
