The hospitality as a product of development of the socio-cultural environment

Abstract
The article deals with important the main definitions of the development of the socio-cultural environment: “culture”, “social culture”, “hospitality”, “free time”. The socio-cultural goals of the sustainable development of the hospitality industry are determined. The peculiarity of the free time of the individual and his spiritual and moral and socio-cultural needs in society is determined. Therefore, the manager of socio-cultural activity should be able to organize the free time of the population in such a way as to effectively meet the spiritual and moral needs of the individual and the socio-cultural needs of the entire society. It is noted that the manager of socio-cultural activity is an ambiguous person, who combines the manager’s, organizer, marketer, creator, social worker, teacher, psychologist, public relations specialist and much more. Psychological properties for the manager of socio-cultural activity are defined: attention, perception, memory, imagination, work ability and ability to study, charm; external data: voice, diction, facial expressions, gestures, plastic, musicality, sense of rhythm. During the study, it was found that managers of socio-cultural activities should have a set of professional qualities and skills in order to successfully organize leisure activities in the hospitality industry. It is noted that managers of socio-cultural activity occupy an important position in the management of the sphere of hospitality, and the success of companies depends on their professionalism. A special place among the characteristics of the manager of socio-cultural activity is hospitality as a necessary determinant of professional competence, which includes the skill and ability to master the skills of the manager of socio-cultural activities. Further the need for the professional training of managers of socio-cultural activities hospitality industries indicated to review the content of the disciplines in the o review of professional orientation. There is a need to develop programs focused on the formation of professional competencies of SKA managers for hospitality industry.
