THE HUMANISTIC BASIS OF OPTIMIZATION OF THE PROCESS OF STUDENTS’ PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The article reveals the main humanistic principles of physical education in the sphere of higher education. It is noted that the humanization of higher education is relevant in the transitional periods of the country's development, when the basic universal values are destroyed, but new ones have not yet been created. The processes of dehumanization were observed in society and progressed in the last century, but their further development is observed now. In order to prevent this, we must resist the causes that are causing these processes. They are both in the external, in terms of human factors, and in the person itself, in its outlook and way of life. Therefore, one of the important areas of counteracting the processes of dehumanization is the cultivation of the humanity of the younger generation and student youth through education. In this context, the current problem of pedagogical science is the search for new models of organization of the educational process in higher education aimed at the humanization of education and activization of educational and cognitive activity, which will ensure intensive mastering of a complex of knowledge, skills and skills and will promote the harmonious development of students' personalities. It is noted that humanistic pedagogy in a higher educational institution is a system of scientific theories that treats a student as an active, conscious, equal participant in the pedagogical process developing in accordance with its potential capabilities; Affirms the universal significance of each student. The idea of humanism involves the formation of humanity through the manifestation of such values as love, care, courage, kindness, mercy, tolerance. It is determined that an important priority of the humanistic idea of physical education is the development of self-development of the individual, which should be carried out on the basis of a full-fledged physical education and the assimilation of humanistic values by the individual motivating physical self-improvement. Therefore humanistic position of physical education should be based on domestic natural self-regulators man to defend the sovereignty of the individual, meet the age and sex characteristics.
