PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IMPROVEMENT IN THE ASPECT OF TOURIST TAX COLLECTIONIN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the essence of legal regulation of tourist tax in Ukraine, contradictions in the tax system of the tourism industry are revealed, the importance of a developed tourist infrastructure for the economy of the state is analyzed, and some ways of taxation purposes improvement in Ukraine are suggested. The possibility of increasing the fiscal capacity of tourist tax, its ability to influence the development of individual regions and the country as a whole is proved.
