FORMATION OF CIVIL SOCIETY IN CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPED PUBLIC CONTROL

Abstract
Public control in conditions of formation of civil society in the modern period of social and political development of Ukraine, which is characterized by the liberalization from the part of the state for finding relevant dialogue with society is analyzed in the article. Attention is accented on methods of public participation in the making of the state policy in conditions of the need to ensure pluralism of social dialogue.
