PHYSICAL EVIDENCE AS A PROCEDURAL SOURCE OF EVIDENCE IN CRIMINAL PROCESS OF UKRAINE, THEIR SEPARATE WAYS OF COLLECTING PROSECUTION

Abstract
The article deals with the question of evidence in the criminal proceedings theory and in the laws of Ukraine. The aim of the article is to receive the scientific result, in the theoretical position, that in- cludes determining the future research direction. It is aimed to establish the form and the content of the evidence, the physical evidence of a connection, depending on the way of the criminal offense. The material objects are analyzed and they are to be considered as the material evidence. The author's formulation of the concept «evidence» is the material objects that contain (external – prints are saved or internal − particular category of objects are related to) relevant information to the criminal proceedings. It is specified the features of the collecting the evidence by the investigative actions and demanding to receive them from the state agencies, local governments, enterprises, institutions, organizations, official and private persons.
