VICTIM IN ABANDONMENT IN DANGER (ART. 135 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE)

Abstract
The article discloses the concept of a victim of a crime, provided for in Art. 135 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and also was paid attention to the study of its inherent characteristics (signs), for example, the existence of an insecure condition, the lack of possibility to take measures for self-preservation because juvenile, old, a sick, or are located other helpless condition, which in their totality delineate the victim as an element of objective Signs of abandonment in danger from other victims in the composition of crimes against life and health people.
