NATIONAL POLICE COMBATING CORRUPTION IN UKRAINE

Abstract

This article explores the fight against corruption in Ukraine for the period of 1960 – 2016 years Ukraine on the basis of available statistical indicators and administrative criminological component. The possible reasons for strengthening and rooting this dangerous social phenomenon. Grounded problems of corruption, which in Ukraine is extremely severe, significantly affect the future of the state and its development is one of the major obstacles to the integration of Ukraine into the world community. The issue of combating corruption, among them the National Police authorities singled out Ukraine, because corruption is a constant threat to the integrity of the police and its proper functioning within the rule of law. Proved that the National Police as specifically authorized an anti-corruption to ensure the protection of human rights aims to counteract this phenomenon as the internal organizational activities of central administration of the National Police, the local authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations which are under its control, and outside this sphere. The detailed analysis of corruption committed crimes in which National Police has been prominent in the fight against it.
