ISSUES SUBJECT COERCED INTO SEXUAL INTERCOURSE (ART. 154 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE)

Abstract
The article defines the specific features of the subject of forced sexual intercourse. The author points to the need for increased provisions related to certain types of legislation depending under which the injured person is forced (impelled) guilty to sexual acts. Presents additional arguments regarding the sufficiency of evidence of general subject to liability for acts under Part. 2 tbsp. 154 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
