THE RIGHT OF SUSPECTED (INSURED) IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS UNDER THE AGREEMENT ON THE RECOGNITION OF WINNING

Abstract
The article deals with the rights of the suspect (accused) in criminal proceedings on the basis of an agreement on the recognition of guilt, especially at the stage of initiation, execution and approval. Revealed the shortcomings in the legal regulation of these rights, including taking into account international experience. Offer the ways to address them through appropriate amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine in order to protect and promote the rights of the suspect (accused).
