THE IMPORTANCE OF JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATIVE JURISDICTION IN THE FIELD OF THE INSTALLED MANAGEMENT ORDER

Abstract
Thе article studied the place of judgment in the bodies authorized to consider cases on administrative offenses, encroaching on the established order of management. Analyze the main approaches to the definition of the term "competence" in the scientific literature, legal and legislation of Ukraine. Provided reasonable suggestions for improvement of theoretical positions in said area.
