FEATURES OF QUALIFICATION OF CYBERCRIMES AGAINST PROPERTY

Abstract
This article establishesfeatures of usingof various articles of Title VI of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukrainein the qualificationof crimes against property committed through the use of information and telecommunication systems. Illustratedcases of additional qualifications of this crimes under articles of Title XVI of the Special Partof the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
