THE IDEOLOGICAL NATURE OF UKRAINIAN NATIONALISM OF DNIEPER UKRAINE XIX – EARLY XX CENTURY

Abstract
The main idea of the article is to investigate historical conditions and ideological nature of Ukrainian nationalism of Dnieper Ukraine. The stages of arising of nationalist ideas (academical, cultural, political) were defined and described/ The research focuses on formation of national idea among Ukrainian intelligentsia during the XIXth century and its transformation in ideological concept in the early XXth century. Special attention gives to the role of Mykola Mikhnosky as the cofounder of Ukrainian nationalistic idea and independentist thought.
