The impact of Assertiveness Skills on job burnout bank managers

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of Assertiveness Skills on job burnout bank managers.Study population was 160 bank managers of Mellat and Sepah Through Stratified sampling and Cochran formula, 93 person have been chosen. In this study, Methodology is descriptive and correlation. Two questionnaires for data collection have been used. Alpha reliability was as 0/93 for Assertiveness Skills and 0/77 for job burnout. Data has been analyzed by multiple Regression modeling and the Pierson correlation coefficient in SPSS software. The result of study showed that Assertiveness and its dimensions (Strongly request, strongly express, strongly reject) is a Skill that effects on job burnout. The other result Showed Assertiveness skill is in average level but job burnout is in lower level.
