The Impact of Employer Branding on Organizationalcommitment inIndian IT Sector

Abstract

The purpose of the present research is to test the impact of employer branding on organizational commitment. To this end, a survey was conducted on a sample of 150employees working in IT sector, India.The paper employs Pearson’s r and multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of employer branding on organizational commitment.The study understands the role of employer branding from existing employees’ perspective in a developing nation like India.
