The impact of entrepreneurial orientation and intellectual capital on organizational performance (Case Study: shiraz petrochemical)

Abstract
In the last decade, organization Intrapreneurship has become one of the considerable subject for researchers. In this research, has been paid attention to the affecting on entrepreneurial orientation, intellectual capital and organizational performance. The research data is collected via questionnaire that its validity content confirmed by management professors .Their reliability were approved by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. 291 questionnaires were collected and were analyzed by software PLS .In order to assess the measurement fitting model of this study from the composite reliability coefficient (CR) and average variance extracted (AVE) and coefficient of determination (R2) is used. The average variance extracted for all the variables is more than 0/4 which represents the measuring tool is valid. Also the fact that the CR is higher than 0/7 so reliability was approved measure tool. The t-value is for meaningfull hypotheses test significance test and all critical are more than 1/96 which indicate approvment of meaningfull tests. In addition to the relationships among main variables, each variable indexes are included meaningfull numbers which is higher than 1/96 so the hypotheses of this research have significantly been approved .The results showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between intellectual capital and its dimensions with organization entrepreneurial of Shiraz Petrochemical performance. It means that by investing in the intellectual capital of organization in dimension index (humanistic, structural, customer) and special attention to development of entrepreneurship components (flexible structure, effective organizational atmosphere, culture supportive and stimulating creativity and innovation, capabilities and employees personal motivation) in operational processes and services of the industry and the development of entrepreneurial culture among workers in the industry can lead to increase organizational performance (customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, organizational effectiveness, financial results and market) in Shiraz Petrochemical.
